Which services do you cover?
We provide professional Kitchen Chimney and HOB services, including installation, repair, servicing and deep cleaning. We also provide water heater/geyser service and repair, along with genuine spare parts. Service is available across Chennai, subject to technician availability.
Do you charge a visit fee?
Yes. Our standard visit and inspection fee is ₹450. This covers the technician’s home visit, appliance inspection and fault diagnosis. Any repair or spare-parts charges will be explained and quoted separately before the work starts.
Can I get a same-day or emergency visit?
Yes. Same-day and emergency visits are available, subject to technician availability. We give priority to urgent issues and try to provide the earliest available appointment. Please call or WhatsApp us to check availability and book a visit.
Are your technicians verified?
Yes, our technicians are verified and experienced in chimney, HOB and water heater service and repair.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Every repair is backed by a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue returns within that period, we'll come back and put it right.
